About the Show
JAPAN PARK SINGAPORE (JPSG) is Singapore's first all-in-one event for die-hard & casual fans of Japan. The Show is an assembly of the best offerings from Japan’s 47 Prefectures curated into 6 Zones – Wa-Shiok Gourmet Festa, Discover Japan, Lifestyle & Technology, Omakase Stage, Kids Sports and CharaExpo Mini.
JAPAN PARK SINGAPORE is supported by Japan Creative Centre (JCC), JNTO Singapore Office and JETRO Singapore.

Who needs a Ticket?
All attendees 13 years old and up need a Ticket to enter JAPAN PARK SINGAPORE (JPSG) 2018. Please note, JAPAN PARK SINGAPORE (JPSG) recommends all children under 12 attend with an adult and all children 6 years old and below must be accompanied by an adult.
How much does a Ticket cost?
Please note prices stated includes 7% GST. Children 12 years old and below enter for free when accompanied by an adult.

Exclusive Ramen by Keisuke - Queen Ramen Special – S$38*
– 1-day access on 4 August
– Event-exclusive Keisuke Queen Ramen, limited to 500 bowls each day. A creamy broth made up of chicken & 5 types of clams. Served with Japanese oyster confit, slices of Kagoshima's famed black pork, mussels steamed in sake, scallop fritters, topped with egg yolk marinated with kelp.

* Note that the Keisuke Queen Ramen is only available to Attendees who purchased the Exclusive Ramen by Keisuke - Queen Ramen Special. It is only valid for one-time use per Ticket. Where can I get my Poppin’Party VIP Special Ticket?
Poppin’Party VIP Special Tickets are available for purchase online and at the Show. Children six years old and above require a Ticket to be admitted into the Concert Arena and be seated.
Pre-sale is available at S$68 via APACTix until 2 August, 2359.
At the Show
Depending on availability, you can purchase your Ticket for S$68 at the Ticketing Counters on 4 and 5 August from 0930 Hours. We recommend that you purchase your Ticket before the Show.
Can I access the Show with my Poppin’Party VIP Special Ticket?
Yes, your Poppin’Party VIP Special Ticket includes a 2-day access to JPSG.
How do I collect my Ticket and Special Packages I bought online?
Proceed to the Ticketing Counters on 4 and 5 August from 0930 Hours. Bring along your NRIC/Passport and the credit card used for verification purposes. Present your purchase confirmation email displaying the QR code, in exchange for your Wristband to enter the Show.
What is the Refund Policy?
Tickets and Wristbands are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-upgradable. You will be charged full price if a replacement Ticket/Wristband is needed.
How does cashless payment work?
A Wristband Wallet installed with an RFID tag will be handed out to all Attendees at the Ticketing Counters, excluding children 12 years old and below who have not purchase Special Ticket Packages. The Wristband Wallet will be your access ticket into the Show. Attendees may choose to make payment with their Wristband Wallet at Exhibitor Booths that have adopted the Cashless Transaction System. To make payment, Exhibitors will scan your Wristband Wallet with a mobile device to deduct credits accordingly. Payment amount is as reflected on the price tags, there is no transaction fee. Note that payment at the WA-Shiok Gourmet Festa is strictly cashless, and with your Wristband Wallet only.
How do I add or top up credits to my Wristband?
Locate the nearest Top-up Kiosk manned by JAPAN PARK SINGAPORE Staff. Attendees will be presented with top-up value options in denominations of 10 (e.g. $10, $20, $50). Payment in cash and credit card is accepted at the Top-up Kiosks. The Organisers strongly encourage Attendees to top-up their Wristband Wallet prior to the Show to avoid queues. Top-up options are available online along with the sale of Early Bird Ticket Packages.
If I am attending both days, can I use or transfer my credits from Day 1?
2-Day Ticket Holders will be provided with a waterproof 2-Day Wristband Wallet and your remaining credits from 4 August can be used on 5 August. The same Wristband Wallet is to be worn on both 4 and 5 August. Please do not remove or cut your 2-Day Wristband Wallet during the entire event duration from 4 – 5 August, JPSG has a non-refundable and non-replaceable policy.
1-Day Ticket Holders are required to purchase another 1-Day Ticket at the Ticketing Counters to enter the Show on Day-2. Credits are strictly non-transferable for Attendees with a 1-Day Ticket.
What should I do if I have remaining credits in my Wristband?
Credits are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable. Attendees are encouraged to fully utilise their credits. There is a variety of affordable Japanese snacks and beverages at $1–$2.

Can I take pictures?
For the most part, you’re most welcome to take still pictures and videos at JAPAN PARK SINGAPORE (JPSG) 2018, except for Concerts and Screenings. Note that recording (including live-streaming apps) and flash photography are not permitted at Concerts or Screenings. Please understand that Guests may or may not pose for photographs with Fans. Guests have a right to their privacy and if they ask not to have their picture taken, please respect their wishes.
Will I be on camera?
We attract local, regional and international press. In purchasing your Ticket and in consideration for being admitted to the Show, the Holder consents to being recorded by any means in all media now known or hereafter. Holder also hereby authorises and permits JAPAN PARK SINGAPORE, Amuse Entertainment Singapore and CROONER and its designees which include but are not limited to all parents, affiliates, sponsors and exhibitors the use of his/her name, voice, likeness and all reproductions thereof by any means in all media now and hereafter.
Who are the Guests?
Special guests and exhibitors will be announced leading up to JAPAN PARK SINGAPORE (JPSG) 2018. Follow @JapanParkSG on Facebook and Instagram for up to-the-minute updates.
Will Guests sign Autographs?
We’re expecting several high-profile special guests at JAPAN PARK SINGAPORE (JPSG) 2018 but any interaction with fans is solely at their discretion.
Can I bring my pets?
Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre do not allow pets within the vicinity. If you need to be accompanied by a service animal, please reach out to the management at Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre prior to the Show.
I have a medical condition and need extra assistance at the Show.

I am a cosplayer with large props.
The Organisers and Security Staff will determine if your prop is likely to cause a hazard within the Show Floor. The Organisers reserve the right to reject any weapon or prop if deemed risky or breaches the safety integrity of the Show. Please click here to view our Cosplay and Weapons Policy. *Please ensure that your cosplay prop is not displayed in public once you leave the Japan Park Singapore (JPSG) event venue.
Is there a locker room?
Unfortunately, JAPAN PARK SINGAPORE (JPSG) do not provide storage services at the moment.
What if I am harassed?
JAPAN PARK SINGAPORE (JPSG) has zero tolerance for harassment of any kind. If a person engages in harassing behaviour, JAPAN PARK SINGAPORE Staff will take prompt action in any form they deem appropriate, including expulsion from the event with no refund. This applies to EVERYONE at the convention.
The safety and security of our Staff, Exhibitors, Attendees and Guests is our priority, and we work closely with the venue and local law enforcement authorities. Everyone attending the Show should be aware of the following security measures:
Security will be onsite at all times to assist you during all aspects of the Show.
Everyone must wear their Wristband at all times.
Bag checks may occur at the Show.
Attendees will release the Organisers from any liability for loss or damage to persons or property before, during and after JAPAN PARK SINGAPORE (JPSG).
Everyone attending is requested to:
Keep personal property with you at all times and do not leave any items unattended.
If you see something, say something. Report anything that looks unusual, suspicious, or out of place to Show Staff or Security immediately.
Carry a valid form of photo ID at all times.
